What you will be doing:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of ag and commercial loans.
• Actively participate in civic and industry events and associations.
• Be an active participant on loan committee.
• Represent the bank at community activities.

A successful candidate for this Ag & Commercial Lender role will possess the following:

• Experience in agricultural and commercial lending is preferred, but not required.
• The ability to grow and manage a loan portfolio.
• Enjoyment being a community banker.
• Strong ability to read financial statements.
• A want to live in Southeast Nebraska.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
