Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced bank operations leader that is interested in taking the reins of an innovative bank in Northeast Kansas.

What you will be doing:

Lead, manage, and grow the Bank.
Responsible for and monitors bank's balance sheet and income statement.
Lead, manage, and motivate the employees to achieve your vision for the future.
Develop, implement, and execute your vision for the future.
Be a leader in industry associations.

A successful candidate for this CEO opportunity will possess the following:

Prior senior management/leadership experience with a financial organization.
Strong commercial and agricultural credit knowledge and experience.
A strong desire to live in Northeast Kansas.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong emotional intelligence.
