Commercial Lender Job in Overland Park, KS

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced commercial relationship manager to join a strong and highly respected regional bank in Overland Park, KS. This opportunity does come with a very strong compensation and benefits package.

What you will be doing:

Build and develop business relationships across the Kansas City metro area.
Increase C&I commercial loan volume for the market.
Partner with other stakeholders to offer other bank product and services.
Engage and interact with business and civic leaders.
Participate in various community and industry organizations and events.

A successful candidate for this Commercial Lender Job will possess the following:

Previous commercial lending experience
The ability to develop COIs and business relationships across multiple industry segments.
A willingness to be a good team player sharing referrals with other bank product stakeholders.
Enjoyment in participating in various professional and community events and organizations.
