• Build, manage, and grow a commercial loan portfolio.
• Business development activities including calling on small businesses across the area and participating in community organizations and events.

A successful candidate for this Commercial Lender job will possess the following:

• A positive can-do attitude.
• Prior credit analysis experience in commercial and/or ag lending.
• Strong credit analysis skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
