Commercial Loan Officer

This role will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
Loan Origination: Evaluating loan applications, structuring deals, and presenting loan proposals to senior management.
Financial Analysis: Conducting detailed financial assessments to determine creditworthiness and risk.
Portfolio Management: Monitoring loan performance and managing a portfolio of commercial loans to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Expectations will include:

Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual and team lending goals.
Client Advisory: Providing expert advice to clients on financial products and services to meet their business needs.
Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Compliance: Ensuring all lending activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial statements and assess credit risk.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
