Commercial and Ag Lender Opportunity

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced commercial and ag banker to join a strong community bank in Western Kansas.

What you will be doing:

Build and develop business relationships across the Garden City, KS area
Increase commercial and ag loan volume for the market
Manage and grow a commercial and ag loan portfolio
Engage and interact with business and civic leaders
Participate in various community and industry organizations and events

A successful candidate for this Commercial & Ag Lender job will possess the following:

Prior experience in commercial & ag lending, or credit analysis
Strong commercial and ag credit analysis skills
The ability to develop COIs and business relationships across multiple industry segments
Enjoyment in participating in various professional and community events and organizations
Strong emotional intelligence
