What you will be doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations and ensuring "best in class" service for those you care for.
• Managing clinical performance and evaluating based on key indicators and metrics.
• Serving as a resource for management, case managers and staff, providing direction and guidance.
• Being present in the community and building and maintaining key referral relationships on an ongoing basis.
• Helping build and drive culture throughout the office and the organization.

A successful candidate for this Home Health Administrator position will possess the following:

• Appropriate state professional license in accordance with their licensing requirements.
• 2 plus years of managerial experience within the home health or related business line.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to relate and interact with all level of team members.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use dashboards and metrics to evaluate and drive performance.
• The ability to multi task and to lead and work within an ever changing, fast-paced work environment.

Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience and will include a base salary and annual bonus opportunity. The all-in range for this particular role will fall between $80,000 and $120,000 annually.
