What you will be doing:

• Develop and administer all human resources plans and procedures for the organization including workforce planning and management, employee relations and training, and risk management.
• Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Develops, recommends, and implements new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services performed.
• Develops the HRMS and implements new modules when necessary.
• Manages all relationships of benefits providers.

A successful candidate for this Human Resources Manager will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in human resources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientated
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects at a time
