Information Technology Officer

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced information technology (IT) professional to join a rapidly growing community bank in the Oklahoma City metro.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's information technology (IT) infrastructure, systems, and policies.
• Develop and implement new technology solutions to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Be the point person for all IT vendor contacts and relationships.
• Lead all employee training around information technology policies, systems, and processes including a cyber security training program.
• Position the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, processes, and policies to be able to handle current and future growth.
• Lead special projects working with other leaders in the organization.

A successful candidate for this Information Technology Officer job will possess the following:

• Bachelors degree that is IT related
• Previous information technology (IT) management experience
• CISM or CISSP certification preferred, but not required
• Examples of leading and successfully completing IT continuous improvement projects

Compensation: Willing to compete, target range is $85k to $95k
