What you will be doing:

• Manage and grow relationships with customers and internal business partners
• Prepare and present product solutions to address identified customer gaps or issues
• Partner with stakeholders on strategic planning around customer needs and wants
• Participate in industry and customer events and activities
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Other duties as assigned
