Remote Ag Lender opportunity in Central Missouri

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced agricultural lender to join a growing community bank in a mobile ag lender role across Central Missouri.

What you will be doing:

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural loan customers
• Actively participate in civic and industry events and associations
• Be a leader within the organization
• Participate in bank strategy meetings and conversations
• Other projects as assigned

A successful candidate for this Remote Ag Lender job will possess the following:

• Prior experience in agricultural lending and/or credit
• A passion for agriculture and helping producers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A desire to achieve
