What you will be doing:

• Overseeing the operations of multiple home health locations across multiple states and geographies.
• Collaborating with other senior management to formulate strategies for the ongoing growth and success of the territory.
• Providing guidance and support to Area Directors to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
• Implementing efficient processes and standards to exceed expectations on core KPIs, including patient hours utilization, patient and staff retention, and census growth.
• Coordinating patient service operations and finding ways to ensure patient retention.
• Analyzing metrics and creating reports to track the performance of our operations.
• Overseeing expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
• Reporting on operational performance and suggesting improvements.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address any issues.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with the overall goals of the company.

A successful candidate for this Regional Director of Operations will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team in a multi-site healthcare services setting.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence performance across a given territory.
• Excellent financial, budgeting, and analysis skills.
• The ability to travel within your territory up to 50%

Compensation: Compensation for this role is competitive and based on skills and experience. It will include a base salary and bonus based on success.

Desired Location: The Regional Director of Operations role will cover locations across multiple states on the western half of the U.S. Preference would be to have someone located in TX, AZ, NM, ID, UT, or WY. The successful candidate can work out of their home as long as they live in any of those states.
