What you will be doing:
- Participates in and leads cross-functional teams of stakeholders to identify and implement areas to improve the customer's experience
- Collect, interpret, and report on data from various sources
- Collaborate with leadership on various projects
- Serve as a member of multiple internal committees
- Facilitates training for employees around your project focus areas
- Other duties as assigned
A successful candidate for this Senior Project Manager job will possess the following:
- Prior project management experience
- Prior experience in or around the financial services industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
