Central Kansas Regional President

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced ag and commercial lender that would like to move up into a Regional President role with one of the fastest growing banks in Kansas.

What you will be doing:

• Create, implement, and executive the strategic vision for the region.
• Hire, motivate, and lead a team of experienced lenders and bank employees.
• Be the point person for the Bank in all things in the region.
• Participate actively in various civic and industry associations and events.
• Participate in bank wide strategic planning and other strategic projects.

A successful candidate for this Central Kansas Regional President job will possess the following:

• Strong background and knowledge in ag and commercial lending.
• Previous management experience.
• A want to live in Central Kansas.
• A drive to achieve and grow your region.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
