Commercial Insurance Salesperson

What you will be doing:

• Calling on small and mid marketing commercial prospects across the Midwest.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients alike.
• Serving as the quarterback for clients on an ongoing basis.
• Working closely with the client services team to make sure the needs of your clients are met.

A successful candidate for this Commercial Insurance Sales role will possess the following:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or other related lines of study.
• A passion for meeting new people and building new relationships.
• Experience calling on small and midsized commercial prospects across a given territory.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• The ability and willingness to obtain a Kansas insurance license if you do not already have.

Compensation: Compensation will be based on skills and experience but will involved a base salary plus the opportunity to earn commissions above based on success. The range for the annual base salary will be somewhere between $50,000 and $80,000 to start.
