Commercial Loan Officer

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to join a growing community bank in the Salina Kansas area.

What you will be doing:

Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial loan customers
Originate commercial loans across the market
Monitor and review commercial loan portfolio to proactively identify issues and solutions
Participate in civic and industry events and organizations
Additional company responsibilities

A successful candidate for this Commercial Loan Officer job will possess the following:

Commercial and/or Ag credit or lending experience
Enjoyment of building relationships across the area
Past experiences participating in various civic and industry events and organizations
Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills
