What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Directing the process of recruitment, orientation, and compensation and benefits.
- Assisting the Safety Director with the development and ongoing administration of a company wide safety plan.
- Overseeing payroll processing.
- Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement, making data-driven recommendations to enhance HR processes and practices.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional development and ensuring their effectiveness in supporting the organization's objectives.
A successful candidate for this Director of HR will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization.
- Experience working within a rapidly growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in organizational development, change management, and talent management.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Compensation: Compensation will be made up of a base salary and an annual bonus. The range for the base salary will be between $100k and $140k annually and will be based on skills and experience.
