This role will be responsible for:
- Performance Monitoring: Establishing and analyzing key performance metrics to drive efficiency in revenue cycle operations.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing automation, technology, and best practices to streamline claims processing, billing, and collections.
- Team Leadership: Developing a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

- Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations for billing compliance.
Expectations will include:
- Data-Driven Insights: Providing actionable recommendations based on detailed analysis of revenue cycle performance.
- Vendor Management: Evaluating and holding third-party vendors accountable to service agreements and expectations.
- Operational Reviews: Leading monthly practice-specific reviews to align strategies and operational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving innovative changes that result in measurable performance gains across the organization.
- Executive Presence: Representing the revenue cycle department effectively in high-level meetings and contributing to organizational decisions.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
- Educational Background: Strong familiarity with practice management systems, EMRs, and financial analytics tools like Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Director-level role within healthcare or a related revenue cycle setting.
- Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with a track record of managing high-volume operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of private practice operations, regulatory compliance, and third-party reimbursement processes.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to support practices across multiple locations.
Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus. Targeted all-in compensation is in the low to mid $100s.
