Fair Lending Compliance Manager

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for maintaining the Bank's fair lending program to ensure the Bank remains compliant with all Fair Lending laws.
• Manage a small team of fair lending compliance professionals.
• Develop and implement robust fair lending risk reporting tools, including key risk indicators.
• Complete periodic fair lending reviews.
• Advise senior management on all things fair lending.

A successful candidate for this Fair Lending Compliance Manager will possess the following:

• Prior experience in fair lending and compliance in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of fair lending laws.
• Prior experience managing a small team.
• Positive can-do attitude with good emotional intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation: Willing to compete. Target is $110k
