Loan Administration and Operations Leader

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced loan operations and administration professional to join a strong and stable community bank in Northeast Kansas.

What you will be doing:

• Work directly with lending staff to process and close consumer, residential real estate, agricultural, and commercial loans.
• Manage the loan operations department.
• Mentor and train loan operations employees.
• Assist Chief Credit Officer in implementing company initiatives.
• Assure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

A successful candidate for this Loan Administration and Operations Leader job will possess the following:

• Prior experience in commercial banking loan operations.
• Strong background and experience in financial services operations.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of common LOS, LAS, and bank core systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
