What you will be doing:

• Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Manage the teams' work processes and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Lead the creation of marketing strategies and programs.
• Guide internal and external resources in the development of content for marketing communications and campaigns.
• Be a leader within the organization.

A successful candidate for this Marketing Manager job will possess the following:

• Prior experience in marketing.
• Experience managing and motivating a team of employees.
• Comfort with decision making and working with outside agencies.
• Enjoyment in collaboration and team member ideas.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
