Operations Risk Manager

What you will be doing?

• Manage facilitation and maintenance of department initiatives through Operations Risk Analysts
• Oversee and manage SOx compliance program
• Collaborate across departments regarding risk findings and programs
• Communicate risk findings with stakeholders and business partners
• Design and implement operations risk programs and processes

A successful candidate for this Operations Risk Manager will possess the following:

• Experience and enjoyment in operations risk or similar fields
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• An appreciation for continuous improvement
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong emotional intelligence
• A CPA, CIA, CRMA or similar professional certifications required
• Strong knowledge of SOx compliance programs
