President - Hospice Services

What you will be doing:

• Participates with the board and executive management team in developing the ongoing organizational strategy of the business unit.
• Serving as the champion of culture and driving the development, motivation and success of staff.
• Driving performance through the monitoring of KPIs and quality performance indicators and making adjustments as necessary.
• Managing the financial performance of the organization and actively managing the budgeting process, cost containment and the reporting of ongoing results.
• Ensuring compliance with the regulations governing healthcare and the rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring the organization's service delivery and initiating changes as required.

A successful candidate for this President - Hospice Services will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required. Master’s degree in hospital administration, health, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum seven to ten (7-10) years of progressively responsible experience at similar organization (size, budget, complexity) in healthcare operations management, administrative supervision, or related experience required.
• Outstanding leadership and managerial skills including selection, retention, motivation, and accountability applied to a variety of work styles.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and public communication skills in verbal, non-verbal, and written formats.
• Broad knowledge of hospice federal and state regulations and administration.
• Ability to think strategically and to execute effectively based on the ever changing landscape of healthcare.
• Ability to function well within a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Compensation: Compensation will be based on skills and experience but will include a base salary and a potential annual bonus based on success. The estimated range for all-in compensation will be between $180k and $200k annually.
