Private Equity CFO

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations and strategies for a great private equity client of ours. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping their financial direction, ensuring robust financial health, and supporting their ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the firm’s growth objectives
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
• Manage investor relations and communicate financial performance to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Optimize capital structure and manage cash flow efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within private equity or a related industry
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Experience in M&A, fundraising, and investor relations
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred

Compensation: Compensation will include base, bonus and equity and will be market based.
