Regional Retail Banking Manager

What you will be doing:

• Supervise retail activities and bank branches across the region
• Manage and motivate the bank managers that lead the retail staff at each branch
• Problem solve and monitor for compliance of all policies and regulations
• Lead weekly coaching meetings
• Support bank with other responsibilities and projects

A successful candidate for this Regional Retail Banking Manager will possess the following:

• Experience supervising a bank's retail team, or previous bank branch management experience preferred
• Previous experience managing and motivating a team and developing team members
• Experience in a sales focused culture is a plus
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
