Job Description

Regional Retail Banking Manager

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced retail banking specialist with branch manager and consumer lending experience to join a growing bank in the Kansas City metro.

What you will be doing:

Supervise all retail activities and bank branches in the region
Manage and motivate the retail staff including consumer lenders
Problem solve and monitor for compliance of all policies and regulations
Lead weekly coaching meetings
Support bank with other responsibilities and projects

A successful candidate for this Regional Retail Banking Manager will possess the following:

Experience supervising a bank's retail team, or previous bank branch management experience
Previous experience managing and motivating a team
A want to help identify opportunities for retail staff to help the bank's customers
Prior consumer lending experience
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

Compensation: Willing to compete
