We are seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Advisor to join our Wealth and Retirement team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help plan participants in both group and individual settings make informed retirement plan contribution choices. You’ll be instrumental in providing retirement plan guidance, managing client relationships, and implementing effective communication plans. This role will be responsible for:
- Delivering compelling retirement guidance to plan participants across Oklahoma and beyond.
- Conducting group and one-on-one meetings to discuss retirement topics and asset allocation.
- Implementing a comprehensive communication plan for designated clients, including seminars.
- Supporting web and seminar initiatives for expanded retirement planning education.
- Partnering with internal Wealth Advisors to provide seamless client experiences.
Expectations will include:
- Building and maintaining outstanding client relationships to provide a high-quality experience.
- Scheduling, preparing, and executing on services such as fund mapping, blackout notices, and transition timelines.
- Leading meetings on various retirement topics, tailored to client needs.
- Communicating effectively regarding plan design changes, including automatic enrollment and match suspensions.
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding the company's values in all interactions.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
- A bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of experience in financial planning or investment management.
- Advanced understanding of investments, asset allocation, and retirement planning.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on client consultation and relationship management.
- A professional designation (CFP®, CRPS, AIF, or CPFA) is preferred.
- Sales orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve financial success.

Compensation: Compensation will be a base salary with the opportunity for incentive compensation with sales assists down the road. Initial total compensation expectations will be between $60k and $75k annual with the opportunity for more as your experience grows.
