Retirement Plan Consultant

What you will be doing:

• Building relationships with key retirement plan prospects across Tulsa and greater Oklahoma.
• Educating prospects on how your organization sets itself apart in a very competitive retirement plan marketplace.
• Helping plan and organization entertainment and educational activities to further enhance relationships and demonstrate credibility and value.
• Working closely with other members of the Retirement Plan Services team and other potential referral sources to help close deals.
• Serving as the face of the organization within Tulsa and the broader Oklahoma community.

A successful candidate for this Retirement Plan Consultant will possess the following:

• A strong track record of success calling on, and selling to, mid to large commercial customers in Oklahoma.
• A proven ability to sell value over price.
• The ability to network, entertain and maintain long term prospect and customer relationships.
• A four year degree in business, finance, marketing or other related fields.
• Retirement plan or investment sales experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. The key is the ability to hunt, build relationships and bring in trusted technical experts through the selling process.
• CPFA / QPFC is not required but would be a plus.

Compensation: Compensation will be a combination of base and bonus. The base salary will approach six figures and bonus / commission is uncapped and could double that with success.
