With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they are at the forefront of creating custom packaging solutions for the food and beverage industry. As they continue to expand operations, they are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join the team and help grow and expand the business within high-priority industries.
Job Description: As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities within high-priority industries. You will work closely with potential and existing customers to create custom packaging and food and beverage solutions that meet their unique needs and drive profitability. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Identify and target potential clients within the food and beverage and other potentially related industries.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create custom solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience within the food and beverage packaging industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: Compensation for this position will include base and commission. The range for the base salary is between $80k and $100K annually and with commission, the all-in compensation would be expected to approach the mid $100s.
Desired Location: This position can be based within 500 miles of Central Kansas or Western Pennsylvania. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.
