Senior Client Services Manager

We have been asked to help fill an outstanding Senior Director of Client Management position for a rapidly growing employee benefit TPA based in the upper Midwest. This will be a high profile position and will manage 20 - 30 of the largest self-funded clients within the firm. What you will be doing:

• Managing and maintaining relationships with the highest profile clients in the organization.
• Participating in the sales process as a technical expert and assisting with the implementation of new business.
• Conducting ongoing and regularly scheduled account reviews with each client assigned.
• Supporting clients as a primary point of contact for questions and issue resolution.
• Playing a critical role in the long-term success of the organization.

A successful candidate for this Senior Client Management Director will possess the following:

• 3+ years of key account management experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefits plans.
• A willingness to travel.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with skills and experience and will be a combination of base ($100,000 - $150,000) and bonus on top.
