This role will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Generating new business opportunities within the community.
• Assessing, underwriting, and structuring commercial credit deals.
• Conducting thorough credit analysis, including financial statement review and cash flow analysis.
• Participating in community events and business organizations to build the bank's visibility.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategies aligned with the bank’s growth goals.
