Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced commercial real estate lender to join a strong and growing regional bank. The ideal candidate is an individual that wants to move the needle and get deals done.

What you will be doing:

Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of middle market commercial real estate loans.
Cross-sell wealth and retirement and treasury products and services to all CRE customers.
Actively participate in civic and industry events and associations.
Be a leader within the organization.

A successful candidate for this Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender role will possess the following:

Prior commercial real estate lending success.
The ability to build, grow, and manage a $60M loan portfolio.
A want to move the needle from a business development standpoint.
Strong credit analysis skills.
Strong emotional intelligence.
