Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender

Career 1 Source is looking for an experienced commercial real estate lender to join a growing regional bank in the Kansas City metro!

What you will be doing:

Build, grow, and a manage a large commercial real estate loan portfolio.
Market and originate loans, business deposit products and treasury management services to businesses.
Refer prospects to the wealth management team.
Represent organization at various civic and industry functions.
Other projects as needed.

A successful candidate for this Senior Commercial Real Estate Lender job will possess the following:

At least 5 years of strong commercial real estate lending experience.
The connections across the Kansas City metro to be successful producing CRE loans.
An enjoyment in participating in various civic and industry events, organizations, and functions.
The want to achieve and be The Banker for your customers.
Strong emotional intelligence.
