VP of Growth
We have been asked to assist in identifying a VP of Growth for a great private equity-backed client of ours in the Dallas area. As the VP of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the regional expansion and scaling of their market-ready enterprise software. This role is key to their ambitious goal of generating over $8 million in net new ARR by 2028. You will oversee all sales and marketing functions, build out a high-performing team, and ensure that we not only meet but exceed their aggressive growth targets.

What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the sales function to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Developing strategic sales plans, quotas, and team structures.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Collaborating with the CEO and Marketing Director to create and implement a robust marketing strategy.
- Implementing a reporting structure to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
A successful candidate for this VP of Growth will possess the following:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Strong command of Hubspot and / or other modern sales and marketing tools.
- A growth mindset and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- High ethical standards with a commitment to transparency and integrity.

Desired Location: This position is remote, with occasional travel required for executive meetings, company meetings, and other areas of the company. Preference for home office will be in the Dallas or Nashville regions.
